"My husband I recently built our “dream home” with Montgomery homes. We were really pleased with the quality of our home, and the customer service was above and beyond our expectations.
From our first impression of the beautiful model home with the many “extras” that would be considered upgrades with many other builders. We were very happy to learn they were a standard in our home. To the promptness of arranging a meeting with Albert Bax, the builder and having our many questions answered. We were very pleased with the flexibility of making this house work perfectly for our family and the ease to which we were able to make changes. As well, Albert interjected his expert advice in many areas on how to make these changes work for our needs. We have a child who is in a wheelchair and Albert and his team easily made many changes to make this house not only accessible, but a wonderful place for my daughter, and my other children to grow up in.
We were “in between homes” before our closing date and Albert was able to closeearly for us! That was so amazing! Due to this early closing there were some minor details that needed to be completed and I was happy to see they were done very promptly. As was the case for a few other questions that have come up in the last 8 months, Albert has always gotten back to us immediately. We are also new to Drayton and have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly we have felt at home in this new community.
