About — Montgomery Homes

At age 15 he was part of the construction crew of Thomasfield Homes in Guelph. He was later promoted to crew foreman. At 18 years of age Albert worked on the framing crews and was soon laying out, which resulted in him again being promoted to crew foreman, being responsible for the crew and site production.
In 1987, Albert started his own business of new home construction and renovations that resulted in working for several prominent builders in the Guelph and Kitchener-Waterloo area as well as private clients. In 1995, Albert joined Bax Vintage Homes of Orangeville and was project manager of over several hundred homes in the Drayton, Fergus and Orangeville areas.
In 1997, Albert was approached by River Oaks Homes to help build the Montgomery Village site in Orangeville, and started a joint venture that soon materialized to Albert becoming the sole owner of Montgomery Village Homes Inc. Since then Montgomery Homes has built more than 300 homes in Orangeville, Shelburne, Caledon and surrounding area.
Albert enjoys being 'hands on' and being available to his Customer’s to ensure great communication and customer service.

Starting from the ground up, as a teen Kristin started and ran a cleaning crew to service the new home industry. Her experience employing staff and running a residence oriented business propelled her to move into decorating model homes and further assisting home owners with their colour schemes and décor selections.
With a passion for the industry Kristin soon became colour/décor manager and then moved on to new home sales. Kristin held several sales positions with (area) homebuilders where she also worked in accounting and estimate departments. Not to mention within this time raising two great children.
Kristin has taken her knowledge and love for design and décor to a new stage and has opened Stylin’ Homes, a New Division of Montgomery Homes. Kristin brings innovation, design and style to design and create our clients dream home, together.

Daughter of Albert and Kristin, Cassy has grown up in the home building industry – from sweeping houses on the jobsite to answering phones and various office duties.
From a young age Cassy always had a passion for the design process. Pursuing her dreams, she enrolled in an interior design program. While studying, on summer breaks, Cassy worked on the jobsite while gaining the hands on experience she needed to propel her through her schooling.
Graduating with an advanced Diploma in Interior Design, Cassy is now the interior design consultant for Montgomery Homes. With her passion for design and extensive experience in customer service, we are excited to have her as part of our team.
